Wharram Tangaroa 1980 for sale. The boat is stored in Trinidad, Westindies. Fully equipped for safe longterm sailing and ready to go. Tikaroa is a 34' Catamaran designed by James Wharram. She has been built in 1980 in the UK and renewed in 2003 (Beam replaced). In 2009 she has crossed the Atlantic and is fully equipped for longterm sailing and living on board. The boat is completely made in wood. The hulls are made from plywood with a layer of fiberglass and epoxy on the outer side. The construction allows to repair almost everything by yourself. This keeps costs low and allows independence. Even though it's all from wood, only little maintenance is necessary. Equipment: Living: - 4 Berths.
